Insurance is not automatically included on orders.
To add insurance, please add this to your cart, otherwise it will be shipped as ordered. There is no recourse, should there be damage or lost order, once your order departs our facility. With or without insurance, True Health Canada (True Health Trust) is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Change update: Canada Post may limit coverage for $24.00 per case lot order. Larger orders may require additional coverage. You will be contacted if ordering mulitple cases. Please call us for details of coverage.
UPS and Purolator will add insurance up to the value of your order (capping at $3,000.00 Cdn.).
Canada Post, UPS and Purolator all have notices that any and all shipments of liquids may or may not be covered, should there be a claim. True Health Canada (True Health Trust) does not offer any additional coverage, due to a lost or damaged order.
We recommend adding a ‘signature’ upon delivery.
